This buyer "zrings" is a terrible and blatant scammer First of all, this buyer communicated with me in aggressive manner in a very beginning and forced me to accept the return of item threatening me by leaving negative feedback and opening other disputes! This buyer falsified all facts and accused me of sending him the wet damaged item but never provided me with even a photo of the item but provided me just with photo of the wet package he put under water pretending that item came wet. Terrible lie! It is impossible to receive even a package with fresh drops of water. I was forced to accept this return because the buyer claimed item was not authentic. I provided him with the official response from company manufacturer! Buyer falsified again photos and sent me fake photos of confirmation that item is fake made in Photoshop. I paid more than $60 for the return shipping but then received package marked with $23.00 as postage fees that buyer paid indeed! He falsified return shipping cost and provided me with fake picture from USPS website with exaggerated shipping cost. In addition to all, buyer earned money on this return! Terrible! Block, avoid and never deal

Buyer received an item that had some shop wear. We offered to let him keep the item for $10, $90 off retail and a $40 refund. He chose to return the item but for some reason lied about the condition saying the soles were de-laminating. We would have taken the item back for whatever reason. Really irked me that he lied about the condition.

User was sent a new faucet that was missing a few small parts. He sent some stupid sob story and I have him a big discount. I always regret it when I do that. The selfish entitled a holes never quit trying to get an additional discount even after they have the item. A sob story before shipment all but guarantees a complaint after delivery. They are demanding a refund and refusing a return.

Continually messaged irrelevant information and constantly questioned ways I should be shipping and what I need to do (multiple messages PER DAY). Ended up being delivered and they messaged me AGAIN telling me how I should have done better at packaging and it was really irresponsible of me to put tape over the shipping label (to protect from water) and that it makes it hard for USPS. Completely unnecessary communication. Product was packaged safely and securely.
